A movie of William Gibson's ground-breaking novel, Neuromancer, is under development. Gibson's short story, "Johnny Mnemonic," was made into the Keanu Reeves and Dina Meyer film of the same name. In the short story, the female lead is actually the character Molly from Neuromancer, however Gibson consciously changed the role to save the character Molly for Neuromancer. I'm glad he did, because Meyer definitely did not match my perception of Molly. I haven't heard any news about possible casting, so my 4moviegeeks contribution is this:
